Environmental claims
Statements about carbon, biodiversity or other nature outcomes are made only where a defined methodology, baseline and dataset exist to support them — and, where appropriate, only after independent verification. Until that evidence exists for a given project, we describe outcomes as potential or planned, not achieved.
Financial claims
Environmental performance and financial performance are reported separately. A strong environmental outcome on a project does not imply, and should never be read as implying, any particular financial return.
